Embrace the transformative power of organisational and personal wellbeing with our dedicated and compassionate Principal Psychologist Traci Carse
As an organisational psychologist I specialise in psychosocial risk management and mental health education. I'm committed to championing a work environment within which people are engaged, psychologically healthy and supported to perform at their optimum. With wide-ranging experience across private and public sectors and high-risk environments including in fire agencies, I’m passionate about creating safe working environments, promoting resilience and wellbeing, influencing change and inspiring purpose.
As a psychologist working therapeutically with individuals from all walks of life, I have experience in treating stress-related disorders, depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma and adjustment issues, performance issues, workplace issues, burnout, and navigating life transitions. With extensive training in mental health, resilience, and wellbeing, a deep understanding of the human mind, and decades of personal and professional practice in meditation and yoga, I integrate these elements into my therapy to provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions openly. Every session is tailored to your unique needs, ensuring that you receive personalised guidance and practical tools to cope with life's hurdles.
I am a consultant, coach, keynote speaker, and ASIST (applied suicide intervention skills) trainer, a registered Board Approved Supervisor and Psychologist (area of practice endorsement in organisational psychology) with AHPRA Psychology Board of Australia.
Life's challenges can sometimes feel overwhelming, but with the right support, you can find resilience within.
Organisational and individual wellbeing is our priority. Together, we'll embark on a journey toward self-discovery and growth.
